Christian?Ruff?is?Professor?of?Neuroeconomics?and?Decision?Neuroscience?at?the?Department?of?Economics?of?the?University?of?Zurich,?where?he?also?directs?the?Laboratory?for?Social?and?Neural?Systems?Research?(SNS-Lab).?He?obtained?a?PhD?in?Cognitive?Neuroscience?at?University?College?London?and?has?been?a?Visiting?Researcher?at?Stanford?University.?In?his?research,?Prof.?Ruff?studies?human?motivation,?decision-making,?and?learning,?with?the?aim?to?develop?models?that?can?be?used?to?explain?and?predict?choices?and?social?behavior?across?many?diverse?contexts.?His?highly?interdisciplinary?research?line?has?led?to?many?publications?in?internationally?leading?journals?and?was?awarded?with?the?prestigious?Consolidator?Grant?by?the?European?Research?Council.

Christian?Ruff是瑞士蘇黎世大學經濟系神經經濟學與神經決策學教授，蘇黎世大學社會與神經系統(tǒng)研究實驗室主任，他所在的蘇黎世大學經濟系是世界上開展行為經濟學與神經經濟學研究的頂尖機構。Ruff教授的研究工作主要是利用行為實驗、計算建模、神經成像與神經刺激等多種方法結合來研究大腦的感知與決策機制，為選擇理論、機制設計、政策制定提供參考。其研究成果發(fā)表在Science,PNAS,NatureCommunications,NatureReviewsNeuroscience等國際著名學術期刊。
